My name is Yollande, and I am proud to be able to provide a catering service for those who have a palette for delicious Caribbean food! The name, CDE & The Queen of the kitchen, originates from the first letter of each of my beautiful children’s name. I am the Queen of my own kitchen and am happy to share my cuisine with the world.
